Although the staff was polite and kind, our experience was not a pleasant one. The hospital is very dirty. It is, in fact the dirtiest hospital I’ve ever been in. Although my husband was cleared for same day surgery by his physician, the intake nurse insisted on taking more blood. When he asked her why since his surgery would be over before the results were back she sort of shrugged and proceeded to draw his blood. June 16 I was brought to your hospital due to severe back and chest pain. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t think straight. I was place in a room where I was crying a nurse came to speak with me briefly, after 5 mins or so the nurse just closed the door which I thought was very strange but whatever. I removed my gloves to be able to wipe my tears. I was in allot of pain so I was moving around trying to get some relief. RecommendedMy family and I are thrilled with everything and everyone at the Clara Maass Medical Center. Unfortunately, my dad has been in the ICU for more than two months and everyone that is caring for him are amazing. Thank you very much from the bottom of our heart to all the team. I had my c-section here 2 weeks ago and honestly of all 3 of my c-sections this was the best one as far as the operation and healing process. The nursing staff was very supportive of everything I wanted as far as my stay. There were 2 things that I did not like: my second day the dietary department did not bring me a tray for breakfast or dinner. After making my OB/GYN Dr. Mohammed aware that this happened she made sure the manager came to my room and made sure I had enough to eat for the night and for the day of discharge. ... read more
I want to thank all the doctors, nurses, nurses assistants and the entire Clara mass staff I was admitted after test positive for covid-19. after a week long battle thanks to great staff who cared for me, I made it home to my family to finish my recovery.. thank you! I'm very grateful!!
Came in around 8pm with a head & face injury that occurred to my daughter . I’ve been here for over 5 hrs . Had a Catscan done & was just told . It’s 12:58 so the results have to come from an outside Radiologist. I am never coming to this facility again.
