Dr. Schapiro is such a a great provider, she really cares about her patients and it shows. Everyone I've seen here has been similarly fantastic. I saw PA Esther Benson recently as well and she took the time to learn about me by asking me questions, listening to me and not only relying on reading my chart.
Olivia is so great. She makes me feel very comfortable, and does a great job educating me. I highly recommend her.
My entire experience was great! The front desk staff are all so kind and my PA, Esther Benson, was wonderful and so informative. Will definitely be sticking with this practice for all future related appointments!
I am a patient of Dr. Schapiro and Dr. Lee—both of whom are exceptional providers I would wholeheartedly recommend. Unfortunately, the administrative side of Ideal Gynecology—particularly the office manager—paints a very different picture. TLDR: Stay away! Do not trust these people with the most important care we need to receive as women. Check your bills and fight to get your money back from overpaying and request they do NOT send your labs to NxGen (and make sure whoever they send them to is in-network.) Plus the parking is not ideal! When it comes to finding the right gynecologist, you want to be really careful because there are so many awful ones out there.
