Dr. Mora is an amazing dentist and I have recommended her highly to many people, but I can no longer deal with the front desk/admin as this week was the third time a scheduled appointment I had was not acknowledged. After not receiving a confirmation 24 hours before the appointment, I called and left multiple voicemails without a return call. Such a bummer , great Dr. but when faced with extremely large bill for the first visit I was told they would not take payments and would send me to collections.
