My mother has long been a patient of Dr. Hahn and I accompanied her on many of her routine visits. Last week, mom had to go into ER at Cha Hollywood Presbyterian. There Dr. Hahn met us and during the entire stay, him and his staff stayed closely connected. I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic recently. A staff member named Ann was extremely rude, shouting and using unprofessional language in front of patients. It was shocking to see such behavior in a healthcare setting. The management seems completely indifferent to these issues, and the office feels very poorly managed. I won't be coming back.

I was appalled by the lack of professionalism here. An employee named Ann was yelling and being verbally abusive right in the common area. It made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious as a patient. It's clear that the management is not doing their job in supervising the staff. This place has gone downhill.

Avoid this place if you expect respectful care. Staff member Ann is incredibly unprofessional and loud. She was shouting at others while patients were waiting. The managers don't seem to care or have any control over the office environment. Very disappointing experience.
