I was appalled by the lack of professionalism here. An employee named Ann was yelling and being verbally abusive right in the common area. It made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious as a patient. It's clear that the management is not doing their job in supervising the staff. This place has gone downhill.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic recently. A staff member named Ann was extremely rude, shouting and using unprofessional language in front of patients. It was shocking to see such behavior in a healthcare setting. The management seems completely indifferent to these issues, and the office feels very poorly managed. I won't be coming back.
Avoid this place if you expect respectful care. Staff member Ann is incredibly unprofessional and loud. She was shouting at others while patients were waiting. The managers don't seem to care or have any control over the office environment. Very disappointing experience.
I can’t say enough good things about him—he genuinely cares for each patient and went out of his way to make sure I was looked after. He’s a fantastic doctor, and I’d tell anyone to book an appointment with him.
