Was a busy Friday night and we still only had to wait -5 mins to sit down. They were fast and food was out at our table in about 10 minutes or less after we ordered. Service was great!
Cool atmosphere, excellent food OMG you have to eat hear, excellent staff. When your done with cocktails and excellent eats make sure you go out the back door check out the massive outdoor fireplace over looking the lake at sunset. It is truly amazing.
This is the best place to eat in Cadillac by far. Has a big city feel and palate. Love the homemade sauces and dressings and unique menu. I've loved everything I've tried. Their sandwiches and salads are like heaven in your mouth. The service is always great. The only down side is that they are always busy so there is always a wait. Have been a patron of the Clam since its opening! During the course of this I have switched from just a standard type beer in a bottle type guy to trying many of the Brews offered (usually 40 on tap)! Nobody can guarantee every meal will meet your standards but as a rule I have not had a bad meal at the Clam! In fact thier menu has a variety of Fare and Gourmet Pizza's you will not find in most Brew Pubs!
