I took my little one to get her ears pierced and Jessica was a breath of fresh air. She was super welcoming with exceptional customer service and knowledge. She put my mind at ease as a parent who was somewhat skeptical about letting my kiddo do this. She was very patient and caring, which is all that any parent could ever ask for. I couldn't have found a better person for the job.
My daughter was pierced with 6m cz and my son was done with the black Claire's exclusive earrings. We had them done on a Saturday when 2 people are present to do both ears at the same time. Whole process lasted like 7 minutes from picking out the earrings paper work and calming the nerves. Very nice selection. We enjoyed our free earrings we received with the current promotion. Free earrings every month for a whole year heck yeah!
Had just what my daughter was looking for and more at a great price!
Gave a 1 star review at first because I got my ears pierced and it was completely crooked!! I came back to do 3 stars because she re did the one that was crooked and they look great now and she was very nice… their customer service skills are great… ear piercing skills not so much
