In the area from Pennsylvania. I have wanted a nose piercing, as I walked by after checking out my groceries, I stood and watched Phelicia interact with a young girl and her family as she got her ears pierced. You could see it was an awesome experience for everybody as they laughed, cheered, etc. Felicia showed professionalism yet being personal at the same time.
