Kyla, raven, and the rest of the team are so sweet and amazing go here nearly everyday and haven’t had issues with any piercings I have received 😊
DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! I came here to get a simple lobe peircing my second peircing ever. I WAS so nervous but the lady doing it was WAY MORE nervous. She didn’t tell me when she was piercing my ear and MISSED SHE MISSED AND JUST DECLAIMED IT TO THE WHOLE STORE SHE WAS ABOUT TO CRY!!! The manager did NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE ME! then she asked me if I wanted my other done!? HORRIBLE!!! can’t imagine if I was a kid and this happened to me. DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CLEAN ME UP.
I chose to schedule an appointment at a nearby piercing studio in a tattoo shop…Thinking that it would be a great experience because she’s a “professional” Body piercer. But boy, I was wrong! We were met with such bad customer service & bad vibes, that we walked out. I thought, well there’s a Claire’s in Walmart I guess we could check out.
