Savannah the store manager was great! Greeted us, welcoming, pierced my son's ears for his birthday. Did amazing job, excellent customer service. Beyond satisfied. I was a bit anxious but she was patient and helped with the entire process. Ty he is so happy.

My 5 month old got her ears pierced by Savannah. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! Her customer service was PHENOMENAL! I was skeptical about coming to this location but Dad and I were glad we did. She assisted us with earring types, aftercare instructions, and advised we could come see her anytime for any concerns or recommendations. They are very rude and also very disrespectful . They showed 0 % curtsy. The worker said the shop was closed when I called at 7:30 and they close at 8. I was requesting them to get my niece’s ear’s pierced because she drove far to get this. I told her i would be there in 15 minutes even though they close at 8 but the lady was very rude and she hung up on me rudely without even listening to my problem.
