This store has the worst return policy. My daughter bought a few items still in the package and tried to return them with her grandmother. They don’t allow exchange or store credit because the original form of payment wasn’t there now we’re after 30 days and there’s nothing they can do
Got my daughter’s ears pierced today at nine months old. Cassandra was AMAZING and has been doing this for over 15 years so I felt confident in her doing the piercing. Baby was fine and stopped crying less than 10 seconds after the piercing. I would do this again! Thank you!

Cassandra, The store manager, was amazing! My daughter took out her piercing too soon and had to get re-pierced. She was so kind and patient with us.
