I want to give a shout to Tasnemah at the piercing station. She did an excellent job with my daughter who got her first piercing today. Tasnemah was quite gentle, pleasant and this gave my daughter a very positive experience. Thank you so much!
Fantastic customer service, and I got my ears pierced by a woman called Helen, she was so lovely
All my siblings and I have come here to get our piercings by Helen and our experience each time has been amazing! She is encouraging and uplifting when deciding on placement and piercings. Will be back!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took my 14 month old to get her ears pierced here when she was four months old. I paid $125 for “ white gold” studs that were recommended by the Store/piercer. The first few months the Right backing kept falling off. I tried to have it tighten but it would not seal. I went back to the store to address the issue and I was told to put the fake clear plastic one on. Not wanting to take that risk, i also noticed my baby itching her ears.
