She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional, making my mom feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I had a great experience thanks to Achint. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel welcome and took the time to assist us, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee wasn’t as positive. Although I didn’t interact with her directly, I observed the way she spoke to both customers and staff.
