Arsh and Zainab were super helpful throughout the entire ear piercing process. The whole thing took just a few minutes and was done easily and professionally. Everything was very clean, and they explained each step clearly while being incredibly kind and patient. The store has a variety of items and was also very clean :).

Customer service is good. Recommend for ear piercing
I wanted to get both my second lobe piercings done and was told our first lobe piercings were in the wrong place so she pierced my first lobe again in the "correct place" and I walked out with a first and a second lobe piercing on just one ear.... I think that's just a scam because the lady re pierced my bottom lobe so close to my original bottom lobe piercing that I'm scared the skin between them will rip it looks gross and I hate it.
