I love Claire’s, they were so good to me when they pierced my second hole for my ears. Definitely recommend!
Traveled 1 hour to the Northbay Mall. Visited the Clairs store because it was my daughters birthday, she wanted to go there. I had 2 other children with me. Youngest was 2. I got mom shamed cause my son was acting out and not listening. We are going through a stage were he hits and bites. So had to stop him from doing that and he's over dramatic so he went into the glass door and obviously started crying cause he wasn't getting his way. Your staff needs some customer service skills. Both times we've went in in the last 2 months the counter person as been very short and rude when cashing out
Very bad customer service
Cory and Cynthia went above and beyond for my little girl. Definitely recommend these two for anyone looking to get their little one's ears pierced.
