Your staff needs some customer service skills. Both times we've went in in the last 2 months the counter person as been very short and rude when cashing out
Very bad customer service
Cory and Cynthia went above and beyond for my little girl. Definitely recommend these two for anyone looking to get their little one's ears pierced.
My daughter just got her ears pierced here today. She's been terrified of getting her ears pierced since she was a toddler. However, today the wonderful clerk went above and beyond to keep my daughter calm and was able to successfully pierce her ears. This was a great experience!
