Great customer service!
Had a terrible 2nd piercing experience. My friend and I wanted to get her second piercing and that we did, however the woman assisting us was insisting on us buying a “lab-grown diamond”. She then proceeded discount my friend’s opinion when she tried to help me decide on an earring style, almost YELLING at her. Then my friend stepped back so the lady could do the piercing, and I handed my phone to her. The employee proceeded to aggressively accuse my friend of recording her when she simply was not.
