Worst customer service!
I don't understand the negative reviews or comments on here. I had a great experience today. I needed my ears repierced (first had them done at Claire's when I was six years old and they closed up) and Keisha was incredibly nice especially since I was a little nervous but she didn't hurt at all, has great technique and gave me specific instructions. I highly recommend.
I got my daughter’s ears pierced and I must say the people that work here was so nice to me. I was so scared at first to go because of the reviews but I’m happy I got it done here.
Omg! Horrible customer service! The black woman who works here is crazy. She shouts at the top of her voice if you ask her something. Gives discounts as per her choice even if it is on sale online. Got a headache dealing with her. She is a combination of Rude and Dumb!
So disappointed with customer service, I asked a sales associate “hey, where are your stalkings?” This woman said you give me some respect, and if not I’m not answering your question. Then for a few minutes she kept saying your treat me with respect, you don’t say hey to you say hey how are you. Whoever is the store manager needs to train their employees better.
