Had a terrible 2nd piercing experience. My friend and I wanted to get her second piercing and that we did, however the woman assisting us was insisting on us buying a “lab-grown diamond”. She then proceeded discount my friend’s opinion when she tried to help me decide on an earring style, almost YELLING at her. I had a terrible experience at Claire’s. I went with my mom and little sister to get her ears pierced for the first time. I was recording the moment to capture it, and out of nowhere, the older Black woman working there started yelling at us. She was extremely rude and racist especially toward my mom, just because she wears a headscarf. She screamed at us in front of everyone, making a huge scene and scaring my little sister.
