I had a terrible experience at Claire’s. I went with my mom and little sister to get her ears pierced for the first time. I was recording the moment to capture it, and out of nowhere, the older Black woman working there started yelling at us. She was extremely rude and racist especially toward my mom, just because she wears a headscarf. She screamed at us in front of everyone, making a huge scene and scaring my little sister. I truthfully will not give my money to this store and I’m not sure what the woman’s name was but she said she has literally been there forever- she is an older dark skin woman and she claims to be the manager at the time. This happened a little over a year ago where I purchased a single pair of earrings and by the time I walked out of the store I only had one earring. I don't understand the negative reviews or comments on here. I had a great experience today. I needed my ears repierced (first had them done at Claire's when I was six years old and they closed up) and Keisha was incredibly nice especially since I was a little nervous but she didn't hurt at all, has great technique and gave me specific instructions. I highly recommend.

I got my daughter’s ears pierced and I must say the people that work here was so nice to me. I was so scared at first to go because of the reviews but I’m happy I got it done here.
