I took my 4 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. The staff was AMAZING to her and myself. They explained everything in detail, made her feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable and polite. Everything was sanitized and clean, they wore gloves and made her feel very comfortable! My daughter felt excited and they helped take away the fear of the procedure! Amazing staff thank you so much!

My daughter bought a giant lip chap from here for nearly 14$. I shined my flashlight in the bottom to see just how much lip chap you get for 14$ (says 18 grams but it's very questionable). We hit up dollar tree and got 8 grams for 1.50$. Doing the math here Claire's charges around .77 a gram when most places charge around .18 a gram. Kudos to the Claire's marketing team for making a giant peice of un needed waste while sucking little kids into thinking it's a giant thing of lip chap.
Went in yesterday afternoon and the young lady working was very rude and followed myself and my wife and daughter around like we were thiefs and also did it with another lady customer and her daughter
