Love Claire’s so much workers are super kind and they have great stuff!
Couldn’t return an online return even though I took the original reciept from my package, everything was in original packaging & tags on and I had the order number from my email. It clearly states on the website that you can do online returns in store. The girls were rude including the manager on and I will never be purchasing anything from here again in my life. I took the loss and definitely learned my lesson. Not sure why they don’t take online returns in store.
I went to Claire’s to have my now closed holes re pierced. The young woman there was very helpful. She explained to me that the scar tissue would make it impossible to put my holes in the same place. After carefully marking and showing me where the new holes would be she put the new holes perfectly aligned with each other. The store was beginning to get busy and she didn’t get rattled at all. Please stop with the staff forcing people to take a basket and then being confused and asking why I didn’t get anything, and what I came in for when I didn’t need a basket in the first place and only came to browse it is very inconvenient. I understand being friendly and checking in but there is no need for all of that. It makes me not want to go in there knowing i’m gonna be asked a million questions and forced to take a basket
My granddaughter had her 1st ear piercing. The attendant was great. It was easy to make an appointment online. I would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you
