I went in today on December 24, 2025 at around 4 o’clock And there was these two ladies who were very passive aggressive. The customer service is not good next time they need to have better tone of voice and attitude. I get that it’s Christmas Eve but the store was not even that busy for them to be so frustrated.
My teen daughter has had her ears pierced twice here and both experiences were fantastic. Last piercing was done by Ms. Carol and she is amazing. Ms. Carol was patient, kind, knowledgeable and I was very comfortable having her piercemy daughter's ears. Highly recommend this store.
Call before you go, I visited this location one afternoon and they were closed even though there were posted business hours opening at 10:00 am.
Carol is so amazing and has such great customer service!!! Thank you for this experience!!!
Clearly I have not been to a claire's in years but my daughter finally wanted to get her ears pierced. Overall, the experience was great but do think an outside location would better especially if you are like me and don't necessarily like the mall.
