Horrible experience with Lisa. I called when they opened and explained that I had a 4 year old who was nervous about getting her ears pierced. They explained to me that it’s best to have 2 people available to do the piercing so both could be done at the same time. I made an appointment to ensure plenty of time and patience. Lisa rushed my daughter and I, tried holding her down and completely ignored the fact that she was dealing with a child. She made it more stressful.
