I went to get my ear pierced today and I’m really happy with the service! The lady who helped me—her name was Shannol (I hope I got that right!)—was so kind and professional. She was the only one working at the time, and there was a long line, but she handled everything so well. She gave me her full attention while still managing the other customers. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience!
I had my daughter's (she is 8 years old) ears pierced by Jay. She was friendly, knowledgeable and completely put my daughter at ease. She provided lots of care instruction and my daughter was thrilled with the results. Price was very fair. Overall, a really fun experience. Highly recommend.
