I was in here with a friend shopping to try on a headband for Halloween. When leaving I went to say goodnight to the employee to which she loudly announced “are you going to put those back or pay for them” thinking she made a mistake I opened my bag to show her thinking she’d apologize. I was shopping in the store just now, and a little girl was screaming about how she didn’t want to have anything done to her ears so much I left (and heard other clients leave saying they were uncomfortable). I was down by Tip Top Tailors and could still hear her shrieking so I walked back to say something.
