Staff are so sweet , kinda and helpful!

Didn’t have a good experience at all, walked in and had a few questions but most workers and managers as well had headphones in and the only response I constantly got was “huh” “what” it was terrible, one worker who did help me what I was looking for her name was bekah and was incredibly helpful but would not recommend.
This Claire's has really gone downhill. The store itself is filthy and really needs cleaned but yet the employees are just standing around doing nothing. The squishmallow plushies here are very expensive compared to other retailers and so many of them had dirt or stains on them (probably because a bunch of them are right down by the floor) cashier wasn't good at customer service, she didn't say anything to me except for my total and demanding an email address.
