Made a appointment @ 1200 to get my daughter's ear pierced at 230pm show up and the store is closed but the hours and hand written note both saying they should be open. Now got a crying disappointed 5yr old thanks
Rudest customer service I’ve dealt with. Never again. Whoever the lady was working today should consider other employment. Scam promotions and no one in the store is transparent. Poorly trained people. Good riddance.
Update 8/7/2025: Claire's has identified over 1,100 U.S. stores for potential closure and warned it might need to liquidate its entire North American footprint unless a buyer is found. This Claire's location at Promenade Shops in Saucon Valley will be operating on reduced hours, and I think I know why this is. A sign posted on 7/30 that it's open from 11 am to 6 pm is a preview of what the new hours will be. This is all subject to change, but starting August 1 (or later depending on what management decides): - Sunday: 11 am - 5 PM - Monday: Closed - Tuesday: 11 am - 6 PM - Wednesday: 11 am - 6 PM - Thursday: 11 am - 6 PM - Friday: 11 am - 6 PM - Saturday: 11 am - 6 PM
