Great store until one of the workers accused me of stealing
Laurie was the sales person I dealt with and she was extremely friendly and provided information on sales and where I could find things in the store which was both very helpful! I'd definitely shop there again and hopefully she'll be there again too!
Manager was very rude. Spoke with another employee and came back a few days later based on what the employee said. Manager was rude when I asked her about the earrings I had asked the other employee about and argued with me citing her 14 years of experience only for what I had been told before to be correct and the manager to be wrong. The way she spoke to me was very unbecoming of a manager and very unprofessional. To whoever the kind, sweet gentleman who works at this location is, I forgot to get his name, but he has light hair, glasses and was an absolute delight to meet today. I got my second ear piercing from him this morning and he was absolutely FANTASTIC. Such a great experience and my earrings looks truly PERFECT !!
Dillon was excellent for my grandson's first ear piercing. I was highly impressed with how he handled everything. He was very informative about what they do and how they do it. Sterilized earring was inserted by staff workers; they each did an ear, so it was done simultaneously. It worked perfectly. No tears. He is pleased with his ears pierced.
