Absolutely loved the employee Evyn
had a 1 PM appointment for a piercing, but was unable to get service as there was only one person working. That person spent over 30 minutes talking profusely to customers. I spoke to another customer asking if they had an appt ahead of me, instead of minding her business the worker interjected into our conversation & invaded my personal space to further ask me questions. The lady who worked here this evening, I didn’t get her name, was super nice she helped us out of her own pocket when we were a few cents short and didn’t think anything of it. She’s the sweetest and made us feel so welcome. We’ll be revisiting.
On 1/2/25 I took my daughters to get their ears pierced by the manager at the Town Center location in Leawood KS. We had a horrible experience there. One of my daughter’s piercings was extremely far off and the customer service afterwards was awful. The piercing was so off that they said that she would not even have to wait the 24 hours for the hole to close. There are normally some good sells when we go here. My three year old loves shopping for new earrings and accessories. It’s a nice place for her to spend her chore money.
