I would never return to this location. The associate was very short and condescending with every question. I was shopping with my 7yo daughter & her friend. She watched their every move as if they were going to take something. My daughter picked up a piece of candy near the register and she told her it cost too much for her. We left the store after I expressed how insulting her behavior was. Beware of bringing your well behaved children into this store!
My family goes to Myrtle Beach every season. My young girls love Claire’s. When we walked into the store we were so amazed how clean and organized it was. My girls were finally ready to get their ears pierced. It was very busy, it was shocking to see one employee. She would alternate between piercings and checking out other customers. August 2 at 2:30pm in the Broadway Claires store. We walked in to the store and wanted to get our daughter’s ear pierced. There were 4 girls waiting to get their ears done so we decided to leave and come back. We came back about an hour later. She was just getting done with those girls. We walked up to the counter and asked her if we could get our daughter’s ear pierced. The woman, who I believe is the manager, refused to pierce our daughter’s ear.
