Its my first time here and I just wanted to give a shout out to shay. She was awesome. She is so sweet and caring. She explained to me about ear care. I went to get my ears periced and she was very clean and proffessional. The store is organized and clean. The prices are great and I will definitely be back. I would like to clarify that this establishment does not discriminate. Im half black and was treated with the utmost respect. I am very pleased with my service.
Sep 27, around 1 pm I went into the store with my daughter and had such a bizarre and unpleasant experience with the woman at the counter. From the moment we entered, she gave us an uncomfortable stare instead of greeting us, watching as if we were about to take something. When I went to pay for our items, I noticed that a pair of eyeglasses I had picked from the $5 corner was scanned at $16.99. Clear discrimination — kind to white customers, hostile to us as Asians. The lady at the counter was extremely rude to us. She treated white customers politely but was dismissive and unkind to us as Asians. From the moment we entered the store, we felt hostility. She responded to our questions in a curt and short manner, and when we asked if the 5 items we picked qualified for the 3+2 promotion, she just told us "Just check the receipt." Can’t shop here. Lady that was running the show was super rude, audibly upset with patrons in the store, including little kids. Way more worried about her self than helping others in here. Will not shop at this location ever again.
