Heather is sooo AMAZING ! So helpful and knowledgeable. Very Sweet answered all my questions. You can tell how much she loves her job and the company. I normally enjoy shopping at Claire’s, but my experience at this location yesterday evening was really disappointing. When my sister and I walked in, we weren’t greeted and never was asked if we needed assistance. At checkout I stood at the register for a while before the associate finally acknowledged me with a “You ready to check out, sweetie?” like I wasn’t clearly waiting.
