I went in to get my third piercing, but it ended up getting infected- something that’s never happened to me before. They told me to let it close up and they'd repierce it, so I did. When I came back for the repiercing, the girl accidentally used the wrong earrings. She was very apologetic. A month later, I reached out to Claire's to see if they could send me the earrings I originally wanted, but they said "After speaking with our store location, they unfortunately do not recall piercing you with the incorrect earring style."... read more
Always helpful in explaining the sales
Came to get my ears pierced the women working had an attitude from the moment we walked in. Claimed they didn't have anything lower in place from the lower four options, acted like I was bothering her just to even ask, complete attitude do not come here. The first time I came here they pierced my ears crooked and they were infrected for months. The only reason why I came back was because the piercer upstairs never showed even having a scheduled appointment. You'd have a cleaner safer and happier experience piercing your own ... read more
I had my 3rd hole pierced the woman seemed to know what she was doing, cleaned my ears did the piercing and they have been infected since Oct 6.. it’s now Dec 22. 2023, I followed directions and turned earrings and cleaned them with the solution she gave me.. I don’t know why the heck happened but would never go to any storefront to do that again. I let one hole close because it was oozing now has a bump the 2nd ear just took out and that is oozing will let this close too. This is not cool!
