I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Claire’s. My sisters both received incorrect piercings because the staff failed to do the job properly. This isn’t a small mistake—piercings are permanent body modifications, and getting them wrong is unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was how the situation was handled afterward. I got my earlobe re-pierced with Victoria and her service was great! The process was so fast and clean. It took less than 15 minutes to get the paperwork, and piercing done, and it was extremely affordable. Shoutout
