Our experience with returning an item was bad. Firstly, the store associate could not do a return and asked us to comeback after 15 mins for store managers approval. Then comes the store manager with a rude behavior, giving all excuses to deny the return. When questioned about their return policy there was no valid response. I mean... it's a Claire's. My 9 year old daughter loves it. Cheap jewelry that kids love. Positive customer service.
I had a terrible experience at the Claire’s in Washington square. The sales associate sold me a piercing earring that was labeled incorrectly. Once I informed her it was the wrong earring she caught an attitude although she was wrong. The manager came and exchanged the earrings but over charged me and said I could not use my rewards and I was no longer eligible to use them because they went to the first transaction the sales associate got wrong. This is the only store that has not price matched to online for us. The employees were talking bad about other customers and not polite.
