Horrible service they were so unprofessionally and flirty towards guys would not recommend and he went to get his ears pierced and he was getting touched a lot

The employees here are so rude. “Pam” is the worst won’t be coming back here! She is not even the manager. Narcissistic woman!! She needs customer service skills. acted as if I was stealing. Also another employee an older lady was siting down along with “Pam” and couldn’t be bothered when I asked her something and continued to sit on her phone. My daughter felt embarrassed and like an annoyance when she asked this woman about the ear piercing service. We will not be coming back to this location.
I took my 4yo daughter to Claire’s to have her ears pierced. The store associate and piercer, Pam was AMAZING. She has the patience of a saint and is incredibly kind to kids. She pierced one ear and my daughter did NOT want to do the other one. Pam let us sit and watch her Pierce other kids and calm down until we were ready. She must have tried to do my daughter at least 8 more times and every time she got upset, she patiently gave her space to calm down again. Eventually, 2 hours later, she was able to Pierce the other ear.... read more
