I have a fake metal allergy, which I told the associate at Claire's. I bought your expensive studs because you told me they were real, to which, yes the studs are but the backs are not. Two months down the road and my ears are swollen, bleeding, and not healed properly because of the backs. I should have been informed that the backs were made of a different material that IS NOT REAL SILVER. I will NEVER be back.
Takes a week to process online orders
Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review but this just was really unprofessional, I was trying to check out but the cashier was too busy talking to her friends to do her job. I stood there for a good 5 minutes until I literally had to say I was ready and waiting to check out and she still just talked to her friend the entire time.
