They never pick up the phone. It’s impossible to make an appointment because they don’t pick up the phone

probably avoid, I immediately switched after one appointment because it was so hard to get the front office to pick up the phone. expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes. also their official website they include in their emails goes to a random office in CT. health providers seem good but it'll be tough to reach them.

This group is also called "The Doctors Office", where I had an awful experience with Dr. Sanjay Rajpara and office staff! I arrived with a form that required only the doctor's signature, a check in a box, and clinic information. I was told by staff there was a fee for completing forms, which is illegal, medical providers cannot charge for eligibility forms or charge over what they bill insurance. Office was wonderful but has high turnover of providers and new woman at the front desk attempts to give out medical advice and will bold face lie to you if she drops the ball on something, blaming everyone and taking zero responsibility. I have 2 formal grievances filed with my insurance carrier in regards to this office.
