Would not recommend them at all. You’d think all the signs you see around town is because they’re so good, but it’s because they don’t sell and it’s just good advertisement for themselves to acquire (I’m assuming) buyers clients…Also, I’d consider it a major conflict of interest when you offer to buy your clients property from them at a much lower price than listed AFTER you’ve signed a listing agreement. Do yourself a favor and go with a nationally recognized agency.
