Claire is one of a kind. I cannot recommend her enough. I met Claire as the leasing agent on a rental property. I ended up signing on that property and then gave Claire the opportunity to help me sell my home. She was an absolute dream in both situations. Claire is the best. Compared to what i have experienced when I bought this place years ago, she outperformed my expectations a lot. I do not have much time to clean and renovate, and Claire helps me with all these annoying errands. I cannot sell my place with such a good price without her effort. Also i have no experience in selling place, but she was super patient and detail oriented. 100% recommend!
