My granddaughter and I went to get our ears pierced and Genevieve and Mackenzie were amazing!! Especially to be young, customer service is very hard to find today. These are very well trained ladies! They went out of their way to accommodate us!
I took my two daughters (4months and almost 3 years) to get their ears pierced this morning and the lady who helped us (I didn't catch her name) was just amazing! It was a traumatic moment for me but she really did a GREAT job explaining everything to me and the girls! Would definitely recommend Claire’s for ear piercing!
