I was really excited for my appointment, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Claire wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable during the appointment and had a surprisingly dismissive attitude. She didn’t offer much assistance with trying on dresses; barely clipped anything and repeatedly assured me that things would “fit after alterations,” which made it hard to get a sense of how the gowns would actually look on me. Claire made the dress of my dreams, she was incredible to work with!
This was my first time bridal dress shopping and the experience was better than I could’ve imagined. I actually met and worked with Claire, herself, which was such a treat. I recommend this beautiful boutique for all brides. I felt so comfortable and affirmed the entire time.
Claire was so kind and welcoming. It was my first time trying on dresses and she guided me through everything!! Her dresses are truly works of art. Each piece so brilliantly and magically crafted with incredible details. And on top of everything, The castle makes you feel like a princess while trying these dresses on! My experience was an 11/10!
