I just rented a place in Laguna Woods. Trevor Craig, the listing agent, was absolutely wonderful about everything! He patiently explained several things I had questions about, he efficiently guided me through the whole process, and he was kind & generous with his time. He even met me at the apartment when I called him out of the blue because I couldn't get the keys to work in the front door locks. I would rate Trevor's customer service an A+++!
