I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my 10-year-old son received from Dr. Danika Cziranka-Crooks who is a pediatrician doctor at Clair Medical Clinic. She truly went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for, comfortable, and properly looked after. Dr. Danika has taken the time to respond to all of my questions clearly and patiently. There are serious communication issues. First, its very hard to get through on the phone. Prescriptions(other than Mondays(?)are difficult to get),referrals(info is often not forwarded and we often have to contact the office for results) and ppwk we've submitted has not been filed/copied requiring us to resubmit it. Because of these issues we're nervously skeptical that our medical concerns are not being met. We are currently looking for another family medical practice.
