I've been living at Claire Commons Apartments for various amount of years at one time in my life since living here when the first owner sold the property the property went under several New Management Beal properties came in for about a year they were only managing the property they moved on a year later then came MTH management they only stayed a year as managing then came monarch they came in looked over the property and they ended up buying this property this property is bought and paid for we have very good maintenance I... read more

Hi I've been living at Clair for quite some yrs and very impressed with the changes which have been made for the community which intells security remodel landscaping etc also Dawn and Joyce are prompt to take care if any concerns or questions in which a tenant may have thier very professional kind and sure to greet you with a smile 😃

Dawn made my experience with moving non-stressful, kept me updated throughout the process, Prices are decent, new owners, very quiet, appliances are updated, new floors and carpet. There are 3 different laundry rooms. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start over. Dollar General is across the street, circle k and My favorite, Dunkin Donuts are just down the street.

People in the office are very nice and Friendly. They have some of the Best and nicest maintenance guys. The place is kept up in the winter with total snow removal from sidewalks to driveway. All are salted. It's quiet with ok neighbors lol...
