Dee is so nice and the cleaning and maintenance people are great!
After about a month of fighting my outlet that for some reason had no power, Kenny and Josh were able to fix it AND get my other kitchen outlet back (that was just covered up) Josh was awesome though and made sure it was done before he left for the day and apologized numerous times for one of the workers just covering it up and not trying further. And as he was working he showed Kenny how to troubleshoot and fix the problem because it was definitely a tricky one, so a good supervisor/mentor to that team too!
Josh and James Brown are two of the Best maintenance men I ever had. They were on time, did a Fantastic job and was done quick. I LOVE those guys lol...5
I've been living at Claire Commons Apartments for various amount of years at one time in my life since living here when the first owner sold the property the property went under several New Management Beal properties came in for about a year they were only managing the property they moved on a year later then came MTH management they only stayed a year as managing then came monarch they came in looked over the property and they ended up buying this property this property is bought and paid for we have very good maintenance I... read more
Hi I've been living at Clair for quite some yrs and very impressed with the changes which have been made for the community which intells security remodel landscaping etc also Dawn and Joyce are prompt to take care if any concerns or questions in which a tenant may have thier very professional kind and sure to greet you with a smile 😃
