My story is similar to others. I had to wait 3 and 1/2 years to see Dr. Francomano, but if you are fighting for a diagnosis and for genuine help, I cannot recommend her enough. The wait is WORTH it. She spent 3 hours with me and did the most extensive assessment and physical examination that I have ever received. Her knowledge in the EDS world is superb and she quickly created a plan of care to help me improve symptoms and offered next steps to explore other concerns.
Been a patient for a few years, a wonderful dr and so is her assistant. Really good people.
Tried getting proper diagnosis for 20+ years. It took over my life. I found Dr FrancAmano online and thank God for that. It took 3 years to get appointment BUT worth the wait!!! Dr Francomano CARES, listens, and has a vast knowledge base. I have proper meds now and don't faint like I was before, and I don'thave doctor eye rolls either from not being believed by doctors.
