We purchased our home in 2021, the previous owners had hail damage so they used this company to repair damage and replace entire roof the year prior. We had our realtor transfer warranty to our info and went on our way living in our new house. After a few rains we started noticing damages which we though were window related, when we had to repair we uncovered damage that was caused by a failed flashing and roofing repair in 2 places and a failed stucco repair in the middle of the wall. Very Easy to work with everyone
We used Claims Pro Restoration to replace our roof after a hail storm. Great overall experience. Awesome work crew did a very professional job on our roof. They worked hard and got the job done in one day not to mention their clean up was immaculate. Highly recommend using this company. We were very satisfied. Brian Lefaive took good care of us, timely inspection and completion of work.
Gilbert Costa has been so wonderful throughout this very short and thorough process. He always returned my communications promptly and helped me through this whole roof thing. Everything that was explained to me happened on time and with efficiency. I would highly recommend this company and these people to anyone needing their services. They were at my home at 715 am and were done and cleaned up by 4 that same afternoon!! Amazing THANKS, GUYS!!
After a hail storm left us with lots of damage to not only our roof but also windows and gutters, we filed our first home owner's claim and were nervous having heard how difficult the process would be.
