I was apprehensive to have claim representation at first but it turned out to be a great decision. I received Great customer service and support from Andrew and his team for my house flooding.
The owner has extensive knowledge of the water restoration industry, and how insurance companies work. I'm so grateful to have had the benefit of his expertise - he definitely saved us a ton of time and energy by getting us directly onto the right track.
Andrew was incredibly easy to work with, timely, and straight to the point. I have no hesitation recommending Andrew to anyone looking for help with their claims. Hopefully you will not need his services, but if you do, having Andrew in your corner is going to be a huge benefit to you.
