RecommendedGood food and ridiculous amounts!
Claim Jumper was always known for great food & lots of it - this place in Reno was garbage - my food was warm & had to wait to be seated when there was hardly anyone there - it was 1pm on a Sunday. The manager was walking around asking how the food was - when I told him my food was barely warm he asked to re-heat it...I will never go back
Seth our server was very nice, food and drink awesome!!! Love the atmosphere, so cozy warm cabin log cabin feeling with beautiful fire when you come in. We will definitely be back!

Never got our salads, didn't get one of our meals ordered, waited 1/2 hour for drinks and had to go find silverware and napkins ourselves.
Thanksgiving dinner here was horrible! Both food and service! Small portions plus food was like it had been sitting out for hours! Totally disappointed in this place!!! Won’t be back! I wrote another review which is more detailed on the main Claim Jumper Facebook page!!
