Staff screwed up our reservation for mothers day dinner. Basically kicked us out of the restaurant! Customer service was VERY POOR! Was awesome to be laughed at by staff as manager walked us out! I guess customer service is no more!
I have to say, they went over and above to make my wife of 5 years happy. The power went out in the area and they took great care of us. We went home with free desert for the inconvenience. The waiter was great, calm cool and collected. They gave us the meal for free as well because they had to usher everyone out. Pretty awesome considering this was our 5th anniversary dinner. Memory to remember. We'll be there on our 6th anniversary. I love their beef ribs! Best I've ever had.
I call at 6:30 at night on a Sunday and I'm told they stopped taking take out orders......what the hell is that. Boo your poor service. This was one of my favorite restaurants in Reno Nevada and this is what I get now? You should be ashamed.
Wanted to have a nice dinner out with the family. This did NOT happen. Place was super cold, hostess was less than friendly, service was not that great. Had to ask several times for a refill on our drinks and when ordering the side salad/soup that comes with the meal we were charged only to be told when we got our bill the one we picked was extra. He should have let us know when we ordered, we even had to remind him 3 times to bring it and our appetizer came with the meal after reminding our server 2 times. We will NOT be go... read more
It's a very awesome restaurant with good food and good drinks :) I love this place
We went on a Saturday evening, service was slow. My husband ordered a drink and it took forever to get it, apparently they had a problem with the machine. He ordered a dinner salad with his meal and the waitress did not bring it out before the main course, so he ate it first while his dinner was getting cold. I ordered a Chinese chicken salad which on the description said it had almonds, I had one on the whole salad, also I have had better Chinese chicken salads elsewhere. The bread however was very good.
Good atmosphere, food was delicious and the staff very attentive.
The food is really good and they have a very large selection to choose from.
