It's a pretty good restaurant, especially for their Ribeyes, delish!, good chopped saled. And "Motherlode" cake is to die for!
It's gone downhill. Even the side salad was mediocre with old oily croutons and my vegetables were soaked in grease. coconut shrimp hard as rocks. We shoulda went to Lucilles!
Placed our order , than a half hour later was told we ordered two of the same dishes and they only have one ! Than ordered a replacement dish . Service was ok and the meat had no flavor what so ever !
The waiter was non existent for about the first 10 minutes, almost walked out then someone finally came over. Drinks were good and food was great. Waiters need to be trained a little more on customer service.
We had a nice time there. It was smart to arrive early, because as we were leaving, the place was standing room only (Valentine's Day)! We had a great server in the saloon (Kristen?)! I'm a frequent customer of this location, although they took one of my favorite items off the menu (the jerk chicken sweet potato)
The brunch yesterday on Sunday was okay the hot food was pretty good the desserts were basically nada I've been to other Claim Jumper Restaurants and they had a lot of different desserts at this one basically cookies and mini cupcakes and that was it a big disappointment from somebody that has a big sweet tooth probably won't go back to this brunch the one in Brea is really good probably try others
When you get a GREAT waiter here, like Rod, your dining pleasure is guaranteed. If you get a flighty waitress like we had last night, eating here can be annoying. I ordered an Irish Coffee. It came lukewarm. I asked for creamer. Twice. She kept asking me if I wanted whipped cream. Who is the customer here?! The waitress behind the bar last week was over the top GREAT.
