I was admitted last night for observation & out this morning to continue radiation treatments & see my ENT. Could not have asked for better care. Everyone from the admissions clerk, Dr. Tyler, ER nurses, my floor nurses & techs were so professional & took care of not only me, but my husband's needs also. Thank you all again for all your help. I came into the ER with problems with my ears. The ER doctor that was on call was so rude to his patients and told them that nothing was wrong with them and to go home. I was so got off with him until I had to refrain from going all the way off. Solution to the problem, if you do not like your job or have less compassion for people due to their ethnicity then you should probably resign NOW. He was so horrible.
My granddaughter and I had to take her 22 month old son in for a laceration to his right forearm. We were upset and forgot his insurance card, but the receptionist,Shabreka Tell, retrieved his information and had us in the ER in a matter of minutes. From there everything moved quickly along with nurses, Kylie Garrett and Sarah McCoy taking excellent care of him. All of the staff are so caring. They go the extra mile to take care of their patients.
Will not be going to this hospital again when i am feeling ill it take 7 hours to see a doctor while waiting nurses laughing out loud and having a good time Dr.Mark Haynes is so rude and judgemental worse experience ever he look like he was high the way he was leaning ....
My daughter received the best care we could ask for during her 5 day stay. All staff was extremely caring and considerate which made her stay pleasant.
