Had great service years ago & employees are very nice., However, damaged floor was not properly fixed and did not have follow up from company after reporting our concerns.
RecommendedClaghorn Custom Flooring gave us excellent service on numerous occasions. Our latest purchase, carpeting for our great room, is beautiful. I spent significant time with the owner and staff members, while I was making my decision. They were easy to work with and never pressured me to make the buy. The installers did an exceptional job. I will be ordering more carpeting from them in the future.

They did an excellent job installing new white oak hardwood with a walnut inlay and new carpeting in my house. The guys were very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Grreat work and customer service
Great experience! Refinished our existing hardwoods and installed additional hardwoods so our whole main level is now hard surface. We left our white oak hardwoods natural and used a matt finished water based sealant. They also installed all new carpet upstairs and a designer carpet on the stairs. We then purchased custom area rugs for the main level. They had the area rugs bound and pads cut to fit, which also included delivery and installation.
Our flooring was not in when our work was scheduled, but the installation work was very good when the carpet and wood flooring finally did come in

There is NO customer service. They do not return phone calls. They definitely do not put the customer first. I have been waiting over a week for a quote on one room. The installation did not start on the day I was told it would and took longer than I was told. I wanted to use a local company, but I will be using someone else for the quote that I am still waiting for. Very unpleasant experience.
