I spent 30 years, 1 month and 27 days in the U S Air Force. I have had many great experiences. My best experience was while working and attending Claflin University. I will cherish the time that I have had at Claflin. Great faculty, staff and some of the best students in the world.
it was a pleasure to be able to help with this young Lady move again Gods blessing. I Love her Big time but everyone on the same day was too much traffic and the flight of steps was too much on the bad knees folks!!!
Although we are small in numbers, THEY have a BIG HEART! I have met some of the greatest people at this fabulous institute. No matter how far we are from each other, if someone needs us we are there! I love my HBCU and their alumni!!

Clafflin is a very serious school. They give you the impression that your child will succeed if he or she is willing. I love how the upper class male students unloaded and transported to the dorms each and every item from the vehicles that pulled up to move the freshmen in. I love the security there. It feels very safe. The fact that every freshmen student has a mandate to go to church every Sunday is a huge plus! The entire staff if very friendly, patient and approachable.
