Our family has used this company several times over the years for basic plumbing repairs. We had a scheduled appointment today and the 2 service technicians who showed up refused to wear a mask when entering our home. They were not courteous in their explanation of why they wouldn't wear a mask. We weren't informed beforehand that they would not wear a mask. Great service, honest, and reliable. He made me comfortable with my choice to work with a professional. All work was completed in a timely, professionally manner. Steve was even helpful in giving us, as DIY-ers, sound advice. Price was comparable to competition.

We have been using Claflin Plumbing for the past 12 years and couldn't imagine calling anyone else. We've had other plumblers before Steve was recommended by a family member and were never nearly as happy with the work as we have been with Claflin. They have replaced the pipe from the street to the house. Fixed plumbing and pipes under the house - which were fixed incorrectly the first time. Claflin Plumbing's performance on our garage project was OUTSTANDING. Their work is above reproach and is totally professional. We have had several projects completed by the Claflin's.
