I had an eye injury emergency occur earlier this year. It conveniently happened during one of the worst blizzards of the year and after hours at that. No one was available to see me in Pueblo, except Claflin Eye Care all the way in Canon City. He selflessly risked driving in the blizzard to meet me at the care center and worked his magic on my eye. 5 months later and I can still see thanks to Claflin! If I could give Dr. Claflin 10 stars, I would!! I see him every year for routine visits and have always had great care by him and his staff, but this week we had an eye emergency with my 5 year old daughter and Dr. Claflin went above and beyond and took amazing care of her during the emergency and in our follow-up appointment as well. Thorough eye exam. My only complaint is that when I went in to pickup my glasses, they were handed to me without checking to see if they needed to be adjusted. They are tight on my face. Will go back and attempt to get an adjustment.
Dr. Claflin and his staff are among the most courteous and professional individuals I have encountered in virtually any business. I will highly recommend Claflin Eye Care to anyone.
