This title company was very unresponsive. We often had to get our realtor to contact them after repeated attempts with no return call or e-mail. Documents were incorrectly populated with my name twice and my wife's name missing. We finally gave up on the online and did everything a different way. Company took a large escrow deposit from us to make sure we had no outstanding utility bills.
