They sold me load for $2 per mile from IL to NJ. Then the driver was waiting at the pick up until next morning, but instead of paying a layover/detention, they charged me "for late delivery" and made the load 1.8 per mile. Horrible experience with Dheeraj Rajendran and Kyle Draffin!!!!

This was my first experience with Prosponsive as we are new to the business with our MC being just over 6 months old. I dealt with Brian Lansdell and Brian made it as easy and as smooth as possible. He was wonderful to deal with as was the rest of his office. The next day, I was able to run another load with Prosponsive and my experience was just as great as with Brian. We worked with Brian Lansdell recently and everything was a breeze. Brian was readily available anytime communication was needed. One of our receivers made an error and couldn't receive the freight at the planned time, Brian acted swiftly and provided a new plan of action to unload at another stop so driver isn't caught up all weekend which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely do business again!
